Before you email

A few things that will help me help you faster:

  • Your iOS version (Settings → General → About).
  • A description of what you were doing when the issue happened.
  • A screenshot, if the problem is visual.

Common questions

How do I export my data?

Settings → Data → Export to PDF. The PDF contains your full subscription history, including past reviews and price changes.

How do I change my review cadence?

Settings → Ritual → Review cadence. You can pick monthly, quarterly, or twice a year. Quarterly is the default — it's the cadence Winnowed is designed around.

Does Winnowed cancel subscriptions for me?

No. Winnowed helps you decide what to cut. The actual cancellation happens in each service's own settings — Winnowed will open the cancellation page for you when it has one on file.

Will Winnowed come to other platforms?

iPhone first. iPad support and watchOS are on the roadmap. No plans for Android or Web — keeping the app small and on-device is part of the design.
